The monkey and Bob the builder ready for some trick or treat, zoo-style! Carson needed the sunglasses, "so bright!"
Riding the carousel. Carson was NOT excited about riding a horse, but loved sitting on the bench and going fast!Watching the fish with Grandpa Joe. J.D. liked the sharks, Carson's favorite were the purple fish. The penguins were a big hit this time too - swimming and splashing around.
The monkey suit didn't last all day. Here's half a monkey cheesing it up for the camera while he rides the lizard. (Or komodo dragon... I don't remember!)
Had to leave the zoo earlier than we wanted, but headed to Bellefontaine for a Logan County Fish & Wildlife event at Jeremy's camp. We are not generally fish and wildlife people, but there was a sawmill demonstration, made peanut butter & birdseed bird feeders, played in the leaves and saw some cool birds. And free + hot dogs, apples and chili!
Three zoned-out, tired, barefooted Stanford boys. 2 intrigued by the cartoons. 1 not!
