Jury can rule on this one: Is it OK to heist a magazine or pages of a magazine from a waiting room?
"Jane" ripped out 2 pages of a magazine in her salon waiting area because she thought the article was interesting. Future salon patrons now will miss out on that article.
"John" ripped off the protective cover of a dentist office People magazine so that I could turn it in for my free Target tote bag. Magazine is still intact for future patients.
I think Jane is holding a stolen item. John is not. (Or am I too biased to make that call!?!?) Regardless, I get my tote bag - woo hoo!
